Founder of Devenir
Dr. Noshella Thomas is a faith-based visionary and the founder of Devenir. Born from her personal journey of overcoming adversity and seeking spiritual wholeness, she has dedicated her life to helping women discover their sacred identity in Christ.
Through Devenir, Dr. Noshella guides women on a transformational journey of healing, growth, and spiritual awakening. She believes that every woman has the potential to become her sacred self—the version of herself rooted in divine purpose, emotional freedom, and unapologetic faith.

With over thirty years of trailblazing achievements in chemistry, business, and aviation safety, Jettie is the first African American female FAA Special Agent in St. Louis. In 2022, she founded God's Everlasting Covenant of Love Church, where she serves as Senior Pastor.
Dr. Akila Bryant
Veterinarian & Youth Mentor
Dr. Akila Bryant, DVM, is a St. Louis native who earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University. In 2024, she founded The Loc'd Pet Doc, LLC—a platform to inspire and educate youth in STEM, with a focus on veterinary medicine and community service.
Rev. Charlin Marie Hughes
Community Advocate & Survivor
Rev. Charlin Marie Hughes, MSW, is a dynamic public speaker and community advocate with over 30 years of service. As a domestic violence survivor, she channels her experiences into empowering others, serving as a beacon of hope for survivors and those in need.
